Mostly good.
The velcro system on the ankle strap is dumb. That's the only issue. Otherwise, brilliant.

Offloads the heel nicely
Purchased this item after MD suggested no weight bearing through the foot due to a worsening heel decubitus. Allows weight bearing of the foot without compromising the heel
