Great book if you have an extra large sweet tooth! The flavors are spot on and if you are talented at production results, you'll have amazing-looking treats for family/guests. Was hoping there would have been a few quick bread recipes included.

The best vegan cookbook I've seen!!
I'm OBSESSED with this cookbook!! Holly really knows what she's doing. If you're looking for veganized versions of your favorite treats, you need to get this book. Everyone in my family loves the recipes, and I'm the only vegan!! So that says something!

not healthy use margarine and unhealthy plant butter
if u r vegan for healthy reasons then this book is not for you at all because it is very unhealthy and mainly use unhealthy margarine or vegan butter rich in palm oil or coconut oil which is rich in saturated fat,this book basically covers all classic baking recipes like cookies, vanilla cake and carrot cake …etc but instead of using real eggs or milk in them or real butter it change it to no eggs , plant milk and adding unhealthy vegan butter or margarine. a saving tip from me is to save your money and just follow classic real non vegan baking recipes and just do not use eggs and use margarine or vegan butter and plant based milk if u want to go vegan completely.

Beautiful vegan bakes
I bought this book for two reasons, firstly because as a family we’re looking to cut down on our dairy and secondly, because I’m a cake decorator by trade and I think it’s useful to have a good repertoire of vegan recipes. This book is just amazing in it’s scope. It literally contains vegan versions of all my favourite bakes! It covers:* Layer Cakes & Cupcakes* Doughnuts, pastries & buns* Biscuits, cookies and bars* Cheesecakes, tarts & dessertsNot only that but it also includes a really helpful chapter on the basics, such as vanilla custard, caramel sauce, royal icing etc.My cake decorator head is spinning with all the possibilities and my homely bake self is drooling over the beautiful photographs and delicious recipes. I am really looking forward to trying out the recipes, I’ve read through a few and they are really accessible and the ingredients are widely available. Measurements in metric with cups too.. it really is a super book for anyone who loves baking!

The only vegan baking book you’ll need!
I have been a fan of The Little Blog of Vegan for a few years now. It has always been my go-to for vegan baking - everything is so easy, using ingredients you’ll already have in the cupboard and fridge. My non-vegan friends and family have always loved every one of Holly’s recipes that I’ve made, especially the no-bake biscoff cheesecake! When I heard that Holly was releasing a book of her recipes I immediately pre-ordered it. The hardback book arrived today and it’s literally everything I could’ve wanted and more. From cakes to cookies to pastries to tarts - it has every baking recipe you’d ever need. All of the bakes have been beautifully photographed throughout. This book is a must have, and shows just how easy and yummy vegan baking is!

Great recipe book with deliciously-looking vegan cakes
This book contains a collection of great-looking vegan bakes by a talented baker and a creator of the blog 'The Little Blog of Vegan'. The recipes are clear and nicely detailed - with step by step instructions on how to make each recipe. Each recipe is accompanied by at least one picture of the finished bake (sometimes there are even multiple pictures).There is a good range of recipes included in the book - from cookies, multi-tiered cakes and doughnuts to macarons, pies and tartlets. There is also a section at the back describing some basics and essential techniques - such as how to ice a cake, how to make different types of icing and buttercream etc.I cannot wait to start making recipes from this book - everything looks absolutely delectable. I will update the review after I make some of the bakes.

Amazing recipes
Beautiful cover. So many classics recipes and not only. 100% worth this price. If will cost more I would pay it without thinking. Holly is an amazing girl, very friendly (I don't know her personally but her Instagram videos and messages always so warm and welcoming). Great book for a beginner and advance person. Everything explained so easy to follow a recipes. Many tips for ingredients and equipment. Don't even think and grab yourself one!!!! I love it 😀 😍 ❤

Brilliant for an Inexperienced Baker!
I was excited to receive this beautiful book by Holly Jade 2 weeks ago. The pictures are beautiful and the layout easy to refer to whilst actually baking. So far I have made two different loaf cakes, which turned out really well despite my inexperience, and were delicious to eat! Required ingredients are listed in both grammes and cups, so you can use whichever you are most comfortable with. There are handy sections on useful kitchen equipment to have (although you can get started with a basic minimum), and key ingredients, including vegan alternatives to eggs and dairy . The book also has some fascinating sections detailing Holly Jade's personal journey with vegan baking. I look forward to trying out many more cakes in the coming weeks!
