Excellent Product with Outstanding Service
I purchased the NPGLOBAL 4.2 Gal. 100 psi backpack sprayer on 2-28-2024 When our spring came, so did the weeds. I used this sprayer many times in 2024. Spraying weed killer on our driveway lane (which is 600 ft. long) has white limestone rocks covering it. Sprayer worked excellent, able to put on a nozzle that would cover a good area. Also used it on our side yard edge, touching our woods edge. We like to keep a barrier between the woods and our grass yard. The weed killer we use kills all grass, plants and vegetation. The sprayer worked excellent. This edge is about 700 ft. long. I'm a older man with a bad lower back. I do not strap this sprayer on my back. I bought a used child's wood wagon and strapped the sprayer into the wagon. I pull the wagon around and spray the area that needs the weeds killed. This works very well with one exception. I wish the hose to the wand was about 2 ft. longer. I have to keep the wagon close to me. I bought this sprayer because of the specifications: battery size, psi rating, parts that come with it and the reviews. I researched the ones that have wheels (that you pull) but they did not measure up to this sprayer. NPGLOBAL beat them in many of the specs. and the reviews. In 2025 I charged the sprayer and started spraying. I sprayed for about 4 months and than the battery ran out, so I charged it. Than went to spray and the power would not come on. The charger showed the the battery was charged but I had no power or indicator lights. I check the manual to trouble shoot it .Did everything they listed. Including removing the bottom cover and checking for loose or broken wires. All good with the wires and the connections. So I call NPGLOBAL costumer service and told them everything about the sprayer (problems). They were very nice and told me it was the battery that had gone bad. They said that a brand new complete sprayer with all of the parts would be shipped out to me. They told me to keep the old one for spare parts. I received the new sprayer in about 5 days. I charged it up and sprayed today our driveway lane. Sprayer worked excellent. Their customer service is the best !!! They did this at no cost to me. Please tell me another company today that would do this !! I do not know of any that are like NPGLOBAL. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. This company stands behind its products !! Please take a serious look at their products. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Lou P.

Best money I’ve spent this year!
I’ve had this sprayer now for most of the summer. I have sprayed about 25 gallons of weed killer, 10 gallons of insecticide, and 15 gallons of wood stain so far with this sprayer. (That’s right. Stain!) I couldn’t be happier with it. I sprayed a 100 ft. wooden privacy fence with stain using this sprayer and it worked like a champ. Got it sprayed in around an hour. It cleaned up great with mineral spirits. I did make sure to run about a gallon of clean mineral spirits through the pump and wand. Then rinsed with soap and water. Ready for the next job! The battery life is very good also. In fact, I haven’t ran out of juice once while using. If you need a good backpack sprayer. You can’t beat this thing. Especially for the price!

Incredible Value and Quality, Fast Product Application
I'd been using a Hand-Pump 4 gal backpack sprayer that works great but 2-3 fills on that - that's a lot of pumping. So I got this rechargable battery model. I LOVE THIS UNIT. First, it charges quickly and the integrated voltage meter showed _no_ drain after my first nine gallons of spraying. (Well, no, FIRST, it's very fairly priced.) The unit is compact, nothing sticking out to hang up on foliage. It comes with dual-nozzle jet- and spray-heads (like 8 heads total) but the dual heads REALLY deliver product fast. Greatly speeds up the task and soaks shrubs quickly. I use 1/3 vinegar solution to control Fire Blight on shrubs and 20 ft ornamental pear trees. I have to use a free-standing ladder to hit the tops of those trees, but also had to do that with my hand-pump sprayer. (Lotta pumping.) The battery is not removable (to my knowledge), and I've only used it on three tank fills (nine gal total) but I love the variable pressure dial plus on/off switch. Straps have nice shoulder pads. The Wands (yes, ships with two removable wands) are telescoping to extend your reach. I like to thrust the head into the body of the shrub to achieve max. saturation, so length helps. Instructions come in English and Spanish. I am very happy I upgraded to the power sprayer - and it's not too noisy either. This unit is going to make the job faster, easier, and likely to get done more regularly due to that. I fully recommend this product.

Very pleased with battery powered backpack sprayer
Cons: (please read all) Used the backpack sprayer once and it stopped working. Shoulder straps unhook from bottom of tank easily. Design on how the shoulder straps clip to tank could be better. Not high end product, but works well. Pros: When unit stopped working I called customer service and they shipped a new unit out at no cost to me. They stand behind their product! Very pleased with how the backpack sprayer works and how much pressure it has. Battery charge lasted a very long time. The extendable wand on the sprayer was nice to have, along with the other attachments and extra parts that were included. Before purchase I searched the more expensive, high end backpack sprayer brands, all seemed to have mixed reviews and were twice the price. For the cost of this unit, how well it works, and good customer service, you can't beat it.

Good quality and price
This sure beats the heck out of using an old manual pump sprayer. Easy to use, comfortable straps, excellent battery life. I've gone through a dozen or more tankfulls without needing to recharge. The different tips allow you to tailor to your specific application need. Well worth the price.

Very effective sprayer. No more hand pumping!
I used this item to apply 20 gallons of water-based concrete sealer to my 2800 sq. ft. driveway. It worked superbly! I was able to do it all on one charge. During assembly, it took me awhile to realize that the tank lid o-ring needs to be pressed entirely down into the gland in the lid before it will function. The sticker on the lid said to allow 30 minutes for the pump to prime the first time you use it! I'm sure something was lost in translation; they meant to allow 30 seconds for it to prime. This sprayer is a great value for the money, and I expect the lithium batteries to last a long time. Fun fact: Lithium batteries will last longer if you only charge them to 80% and don't fully discharge them below 30%. And don't store them fully charged. It is better to store them long term in a partially charged state, like 50 - 80% charged.

Great customer service great product
At carefully researching for a battery operated large capacity sprayer I came across this one there were good and that’s so good reviews, but I made the purchase a few days later. It arrived, and it was impressive looking. It looked very well-made and look like it would help me with my large property, which was 2 acres I follow the directions perfectly charging the battery for over five hours until the little green light came on the transformer then I went for the procedure of filling up a water and going through it one cycle after a few minutes, the pump started making a knocking type sound, so I looked inside where the screen was above the motor And everything looked fine, emptied out, filled up of water again, and it still made a noise contacted the seller immediately and within a few hours after a few back-and-forth emails she decided to send me a replacement a few days later the replacement came do the same thing charged the battery fully about 5 to 6 hours full of water going to food cycles and it ran perfectly. The adjustment for the pressure worked 100% which I was impressed. I filled it up with the chemical to kill the weeds. I mixed it with the water with the tank has different markings on it from 1234 gallons and started using it one thing 4 gallons of water on your back. It’s heavy lol this machine has been used seven times with 4 gallons of liquid in it and never once gave me any issues it comes with many different nozzles which every application it covers From doing small areas or large areas. I have to say I will definitely pack this product and say you’re making a smart move when you purchased this product and not another thing the seller backs it 100% no questions asked and that’s reassuring when you’re purchasing things today that you’re dealing with a company that cares about the customer and making sure you’re 100% satisfied so again I recommend the product and the seller. You’re getting a great quality machine that’s probably gonna last you a lifetime just maintain it and do the cleaning properly and you should have no issues.

Extremely Poor Ergonomics
The carry handle is too small for adult male hands, fingers barely fit through it without gloves on, no room to grasp or flex, and no way could you carry or pick it up when it's full of four gallons or while wearing gloves. Straps are the worst and weakest design I've ever seen on any product, meant for a back or otherwise, but especially something that will weigh 40+ pounds in use. They simply cannot be adjusted, are exceedingly thin material, and have no padding whatsoever. On my particular unit, one end of one strap was badly frayed and coming apart. No instructions on how to adjust them, not that it matters since they clearly would be painful, regardless. No point in even attempting to use product, so I cannot comment on it's electrical and spraying performance.
