Which one out of the three would be best?

I think they are about even with the whitening. I like brushing my teeth the best. If you want extra you could use the pen. It really depends on what you want out of it. Younger people want to keep their teeth really white , so the toothpaste and the whitening pen would be a good combo. I hope this was helpful

Is this very abrasive? Doesn't abrasive toothpastes wear the enamel down?

After 2 weeks of use and using the toothpaste twice a day my teeth are noticeably whiter. My teeth are 55 years old!

I’ve read a lot of reviews about the taste. It’s not entirely pleasant but if you’ve ever used the whitening strips they basically taste the same so it’s probably a good thing!
