The front part has already cracked, and side is bent, so don't buy the bed quality is bad.Edit: Broken parts have been replaced , managers were helpfull in resolving the issue

Actual Sheesham wood used in bed frame and where it matters most. Finish is excellent. Bed is heavy.The bottom and mattress support use MDF which could have been replaced with plywood instead. I would have paid few thousand extra for this.Seller is very responsive and after sales is very good.Installation arranged by seller.Overall worth buying.

The product is good but the boxes board used is MDF which makes the product inferior in terms of quality and it also makes sounds while using the bed. The MDF board doesn't withstand the pressure and produces sound. We had requested the supplier to use the plywood instead of the MDF board but despite quality assurance they provided the MDF board for both botton and upper flooring of the bed boxes. This makes the bed inferior in use and quality. The supplier has small cost saving but the product quality and customer requirement is compromised. The supplier is communicating through the customer care and mail replies only, there is no direct communication with the customer for better understanding.

I ordered last month this bed,Pro1. bed is good very strong2. they have used good quality wood.3. Beautiful designCons1. DIY is quite difficult, however we have done is by own but it was difficult they should provide some assistance.2. Ply which was given at the bottom of the bed box is not of good quality, while making it fit it got crack, however I don't have courage to again disassemble it and return the product. Requst the seller to improve the quality.Overall good quality bed in reasonable price.

Quality isn't good. Not assembled properly by supplier and it makes noise.

The build quality is good and the product is very sturdy. Been using it for a month. It has ample storage.

Mattress resting plywood should have some coating...edges are chipping off.Storage base is too flimsy...can easily break. My hand rested on it while keeping itmes and created hole in it...
