Star Trek: Spock 8" Action Figure, Multicolor

I had all the original Star Trek figures back when. The new Mego line is great. The phaser is more accurate than the original.

So, two things. If you're a collector, my figure was placed in a box, and that box was pristine so was not damaged in delivery. But the figure's packaging was damaged and ripped so you'll get a product that probably won't be up to snuff if you're an in-box collector. Secondly, Spock's missing a rank stripe on his sleeves. Which is weird, cos there's literally a picture on the back of the package. I dunno why they made it like this, mine's not defective according to the product pictures, they just.... demoted Spock. Overall, the figure is expensive, but I still like him, and the articulation is really good.

Folks, a few reviewers have stated that the rank on this figure's sleeves is incorrect. This is untrue. This is Spock as he appeared in the first pilot episode "The Cage," when he was just a "lieutenant." Thus, the single stripe on each sleeve is correct. Technically, however, the only things "inaccurate" on this figure are the phaser and tricorder. In "The Cage," the landing party did not use tricorders (indeed, the "Star Trek" production hadn't invented them yet). Nor did they carry phasers. In 2254, Starfleet crews were carrying "laser pistols" as sidearms.

This product was open and the card was bent! Next time send in a box!

Spock’s rank is wrong, and his collar is blue instead of black. Very disappointed.

Received in a timely manner, thoughtfully packaged, pristine condition.

Perfect reproduction of the 70's MEGOs. nice cards w/out blemishes. 5 of 5☆.

My spock arrived at warp speed, and shipped well protected, unlike my Quark from a different seller which arrived crumpled. The quality and detail is wonderful. I may buy a second to remove from packaging.

The figure is much larger and much nicer than I had expected.
