Absolutely great for such a niche product, it fits well enough and I don't look like a dingus wearing it. I wanted something with a collar to protect my neck and for ironic wear to collared-shirt-only meetings for my projects. The reflective tape is ironed or printed on, giving it a nice flexibility and elasticity. The fabric is okay, about as durable as a mid-price athletic T-shirt, which it is sort of similar to. For reference, I am 5'10", 220lbs, muscular build. The shoulders and chest are slightly tight wearing a large, with a generally good fit overall.
