This dishwasher is AMAZING!! My husband and I lived in an apartment with no dishwasher for several years, and this beauty was a lifesaver! It's a little small so some of our bigger plates were hard to fit, but it worked like a dream and made our dishes really feel clean, which I feel like washing by hand doesn't always do. This small dishwasher honestly worked better than some of the normal dishwashers I've used.The one downside: the connector to the sink started leaking a bit after several months of use. We could have bought a new one for around 7 dollars, but it wasn't that big of a deal since it only leaked when the dishwasher was running, so we just put things under it to catch the water and soak. Would 100% stil recommend though!

If I could give this product 10 out of 5, I would. It is hard to describe how satisfied I am with this purchase. I have been toying with it for 3 days and still mesmerized by what it can do for me.I have a full size dishwasher (Bosch) , no complaints, it does what it suppose to do. However, I have to wait 2-3 days for a full load, and it is annoying to leave dirty dishes for that long. This mini dishwasher solves the problem. I can wash dishes after every meal, no more waiting or can’t use some specific ones because they are still dirty. All the dishes come out nice and shine. That is so impressive.This dishwasher is built solid, good quality, the design is amazing, looks very cute sitting on my kitchen counter top. I have to change the over sink faucet to allow additional inflow connection ( you can buy it from amazon too, Convenient ) and the drainage goes directly to my sink(a suction cup holds it to the sink wall). Of course if you wan to connect inflow and outflow under the sink to hide all the hoses, it needs some additional modifications but it is doable.I am extremely Happy with the fruit wash function. This is also a main reason I purchase this little cutie. I have to wash fruits and vegetables every day for several times and I am extremely obsessed with cleanliness of fruits and vegetables , so I spend a lot of time ( the time I could use to do more productive things or just to relax) clean them one by one and waste a lot of extra water...and fruit wash detergent.Now this mini washer really cleans the fruit and vegetables! The first fruit I washed was strawberries, I was worried if they would come out damaged, however the spray was gentle , rocking little strawberries like you rock little baby, then the fruits were immersed for a while before final cleaning. The strawberries came out so fresh and clean, you could Even taste the cleanliness of it! (I was too excited and forgot to take the picture!)Overall, this mini dishwasher makes my life better and easier. And I am so impressed with the technology , design and the quality of it! 200% satisfied!I haven’t had a chance to deal with their technical support or customer service, and I really hope I never have a chance to. I will update if something negative comes out.

It worked fine for the first 5 loads and then stopped now showing code E4 for an alleged leak and won't do anything other then beep loudly. No support exists for it, so I cannot fix the code to have it attempt any kind of reset. This product is garbage and I should have known better before risking my money on it.

Final update (11/18/24):The replacement has been working great. Make sure you consistently wash the machine with vinegar to disinfect and keep things fresh. I also recommend using gel dishwashing tablets or eco friendly dishwashing soap, as we believe this also helps keep the machine unclogged and working efficiently. Highly recommend this as a purchase.Update from original review (4/11/23):I reached out the customer service team and their representatives promptly sent me a new machine as the dish washer was still under warranty. It took less than a week to receive it, and it was once again very easy to setup. Their representatives have been great at following up about any issues or errors. The new machine has been working great and I have not experienced any issues so far. I will provide an additional update in a few weeks if anything does change, but so far the dish washer is working perfectly.Original Review(3/17/23):The dishwasher worked wonders in the beginning. It cleaned absolutely everything to perfection. Then by month 3 the problems started. I purchased this washer in August of 2022. Not even a year has passed and it has consecutively leaked. These aren’t small leaks but actual water flowing out of the back and the front of the machine and onto my floor. I have it on my kitchen counter and have had to place a rag under it because nothing stops it from leaking. It’s already caused water damage to my cabinets. I thought the small runoff holes might have been clogged, but it wasn’t the case after splashing water down each. I even washed the machine with vinegar to see if this would solve the issue, and it hasn’t. But the issue has only gotten worse. Today it finally gave out. I went to put a few dishes to wash and received an E1 error message. I restarted the machine and even unplugged it for a bit and the issue persists. I’m noticing there is no inflow of water. I have my machine directly hooked to my cold water valve. When I check the valve it is open and functioning properly. This is with me cleaning it weekly to maintain freshness and proper function - and cleaning its filter daily. I did reach out to their customer service and will update this review as soon as they provide a solution.
