I just started a ketogenic diet almost two weeks ago. The first couple days were great but for a week or more after that, I felt like I was dying! I normally do a one-hour cardio workout of brisk walking in the morning followed by a shorter workout in the evening. I was so dead and so tired that I could barely get through one 30 minute workout. Sometimes, I would fall asleep right after work. By 7:30 p.m. I would be out. I was so low in energy that it was hard for me to go to the grocery store or prepare a simple 5 ingredient keto recipe. I didn't even want to take the walk across the parking lot when I went shopping. This weekend, I circled the parking lot 10 times to try to get a closer park because I just didn't have the energy to walk that far. I knew of Keto flu and that this fatigue would eventually pass but it seemed to be dragging on for longer than it should have. Most people report feeling lousy for around three days and I was feeling lousy for over a week. I knew I had to get over it quick because like everyone else, my life keeps on going even when I'm not! I had a lawn to mow, clothes to wash, house work, meals to make, bills to pay and a full-time job. Tried to mow my lawn this weekend and couldn't even get through a third of it. I felt like I was having a heat stroke. Other people report feeling lousy for for months but usually when you really question them, you find that they've been cheating and extending the keto flu by adding excess carbs here and there so their bodies never fully adjust or become keto adapted. I knew that wasn't the case for me because I've been Faithfully tracking my macros in MyFitnessPal and I was not exceeding my carbs nor was I getting too much protein or under doing it on the fat. So this MCT oil was a godsend for me! I got online and researched that you could reduce the keto flu symptoms by using MCT oil and by ingesting some exogenous ketones in the form of a BHB salt. I've been doing both. I add a tablespoon of the MCT oil to my Bulletproof Coffee just like most keto dieters and I take four of the keto BHB capsules in the morning. I've only been doing it for a couple of days now but guess what! I'm back! Today for the first time in a week and a half to two weeks, I was able to complete my full 1 hour workout routine. Also, this is a great price compared to other brands and it gets just as many high reviews as those other brands. I'm a new fan!

This product when used appropriately, should last you about 2 -3 months.I use it in my coffee daily. Absolutely no taste, and I use a powered mixer to incorporate it well.Definitely notice increased focus and more mental clarity but that could also be due to cutting carbs down.Label is very clear, don't be fooled by the other brands. You want to know how much capric and caprylic acid is in your MCT oil. Most other brands DO NOT label what the MCT is actually made of and you want to know that, otherwise just use coconut oil. For the price its a great value. Will definitely purchase again!

I just received the bottle yesterday so I cannot comment on it's effects yet. It comes in a good plastic bottle with a white cover so you can squeeze out the product. I put it on my hummus and turkey sandwich-no taste whatsoever. This morning I squeezed some into my coffee. It's great so far! I'll write again if I can notice a change in my health-which I need since I recently got out of the hospital. I believe that I can Recommend this product to All of you and I will follow up later. I also recommend the seller even though the bottle was packaged loosely in the box with other items. It's a great price for a good quantity! I've tried several brands of MCT oil over the years and really like this one. I can't say that it's any better than the others, but the nutritional profile of the MCTs and the price point are on point. I'm sticking with this one!I've also used it in a plethora of ways so far - from mixing it into greek yogurt and oatmeal, or putting it into my coffee; when you do the latter and use a frother, it makes amazing foam!!Another random use I've found is to mix it with hardened peanut butter to revive it. Any nut butter works! I've added it to dried up almond butter before, and it's awesome. Roughly 1 part MCT oil : 2 parts nut butter works great.

The bottle's cap arrived broken. I checked and seems like this is a common problem... What causes this?Anyway, the safety seal was not open so I used the product.I didn't measure the product when I put it in my coffee, I may have put too much because I got cramps and other stomach problems the day I used it. I am going to try again and put less than the amount suggested on the bottle. When I did a Google search, it seems like others have had the same problem so it is recommended to start with a small amount at first.I'll let you guys know how it went the 2nd time....
