Santa Muerte Tarot Mini

My first and most favorite deck (I own 5). I chose it to start practicing my readings which was against common advice I got (which was to go with a traditional RW deck) but honestly, if you choose to stay with the hobby long enough you're going to gradually learn the traditional meanings anyways.The illustrations and colors are bold and each card, with the exception of the court cards, convey their message well. I feel that the court cards could have had more thought put into them, especially if you compare them to the court cards of a traditional RW deck there's more symbology that goes into them. Not a huge turn off for me though.It's a great mini deck that shuffles well in the hand with beautiful imagery that you can pull great narratives from. I love it and recommend it to anyone looking for something different.The only thing I will add is that some of the details can be missed because of the size of the card. The illustrations are very chock full of detail that you can miss if you don't study each card closely. I wanted to get good at reading Santa Muerte tarot specifically so I purchased the full sized deck.Card stock is nice and pleasant in the hand. You can revive it with corn starch or finishing powder if they get too greasy from use and the natural oils in your hand. It's completely different card stock used in the full sized deck (which is glossy laminate - it's reminiscent of laminated flash cards you get in elementary school).I can see myself purchasing this deck again if something were to ever happen to my current one, which I probably wouldn't do for most other decks in my collection.

This was a bit small Then expected it to be but when they said mini deck they meant mini!I'm not complaining this it's probably the only deck I've been actually able to properly handle with my baby hands.Super pretty art though the new card smell on this deck was quite pungent, otherwise super happy with this deck :)

Lindo lindo e fofo, mesmo sendo mini, a arte é muito linda e os detalhes de cada lâmina são incríveis. Amo!
