MBODY Abdominal Training ABS Workout Belt for Abdomen/Arm/Leg Full Set 24"-60"

This device literally shocks you. You need tough skin and a high pain tolerance to use it, and you absolutely feel it in your muscles. Not exactly sure if that is good or bad though. The instructions say to use it for 30m-1h, 1-2 times a day, 5 times a week, for 5 weeks. Google says not to use ems more than twice a week because it can be harmful to your muscles, but that may be more specific to medical grade ems?.. Idk where this falls on the spectrum, but it is def intense. I dig it.

I got this product to tighten my core muscles and burn fat while I I keep up with cardio and a busy personal life and school schedule. My waist is 49 inches right now and the strap fits without even using the extension. The arm straps fit my 17 in arms as well. I have started on level 4 and plan to progress to level 7-8 over time till I max it out! It feels great and you can see it working as well. Will definitely keep using. Great price too and packaging! :-)

Great belts. I love it specifically because you don't need to use gel, you can just use water. You can also feel how your muscles work out.

It maximize the workout by applying it to more than just one area. I like the product over all. The only thing I would change is if only it were possible to get a version of it without the changeable gel pads.

This is the 2nd one I bought from Mbody. It works amazingly. The battery lasts for a long time.
