I’m so pleased with this watch. I originally purchased it for my mother but her phone wouldn’t support it. I had another Amazon purchased watch that didn’t last as well. I like the ability to get my messages and notifications on the watch. I have been focusing on my fitness and this watch has helped me set goals. I wear it to sleep to track my sleep patterns. Works wonderfully.

My wife liked this watch, it was simple and easy to setup. However after two months of moderate use (not during exercise, just daily use), the plastic case broke. It is not clear how to replace or repair this part. And since it has been more than one month we are unable to request a replacement. If you are looking for something reliable you will have to look elsewhere.

I love this really just wanted a step counter but it functions great with my iPhone and it even looks like the name brand watches. Exceptional value for the price.

Overall happy with the functionality of this watch. It does what I need it to do, which is basically keep track of my steps without me needing to carry my phone around with me all day. It’s simple to use, was easy to set up once you download the app. And yes, you need the app to use it. It doesn’t have any bells and whistles but I don’t need them. I don’t do anything else with it other than track my activity. So it works for me. The touch screen isn’t as sensitive as I would like. A lot of the time it doesn’t respond when I touch it. It does respond when I lift my arm up though. So I work around it. What I really am disappointed with is the band it came with and how dirty it has gotten and how fast. I’ve had it for 4 days and it’s already black and filthy looking from just plain daily wear on the outside. So it’s not from my skin or anything. And I don’t work outside. So it’s not getting dirt on it. I sit at a desk all day. Just from daily activity, it’s all black and gross looking. Really disappointed with how dingey the bad looks already. It’s brand new and looks filthy. Now I’m going to have to replace the band which will probably cost me as much as the whole watch did. Highly disappointed in the quality of the band material. It’s a shame because the watch itself is decent.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but needed something to help me watch my blood pressure and heart rate, this is perfect for that. I highly recommend this watch and the numbers are big enough I can read it without my glasses.

Bought the watch for my wife. We are both trying to get in better shape and she wanted a step counter. The watch arrived quickly and, despite a lousy manual with it, we got it paired to the phone and running. Now 1 day over 3 months, it starts buzzing/vibrating and the display went black.Once it killed the battery, we attempted to charge it. When put on the charger it starts buzzing and doesn't appear to have charged. While it was a cheap watch, expectedore than 90 days. I have tried to work with the Manufacturer, and even after they were told the return period with Amazon has ended, they told me a 3rd time to work with Amazon Customer Service. I really feel the watch should have lasted more than 90 days. Will not buy from this vendor again. No customer service.
