North American RescueNAR GEN 7 C-A-T Rigid Tourniquet CASE

Well made, durable and I love the clamp system to attach it to the belt. My CAT7 is a tight fit. Then again I dont want it falling out and with any luck it's not something I need to use constantly so a tight fit is no big deal. On the other hand, it can be a problem for some officers. No discrimination intended but I've had a few female officers ask for help stuffing rather forcing the tourniquet into the holder. Yup, it's that tight y'all. Only issue is its expensive. One would think a fair price for a life saving device eventually will make them way more money. I hear it all the time, I want one but can't afford it. Lots of sales opportunity lost as I see it. Probably greed is the problem here. Greed has no business in life saving gear. If they did the math, I'm sure they see that a lower price and volume sales will make them rich. Just my concern yours may vary. Overall it's a must have item. If you need it and don't have it you could be dead. Case closed.

Pretty awesome case it works like it should, does not come with cat 7 tourniquet like in the picture just showing how it looks. The cat 7 tourniquet fits just fine with no problem and very snug so it’s not too loose. I’ve read the reviews of people having trouble with the screws coming off and lost but the instructions are pretty clear that once you find the right position remove the screws and add screw lock that they have nicely provided in the package. Overall is a good case and I carry it in my duty belt with no issues so far.

The tourniquet holder is good quality and I like the fact that there are multiple mounting options. The only reason I am giving this product a 3 star review is because the very first bullet point says that the product includes a shirt shield, however mine did not come with one.

It's tough to get the tourniquet into this case and when you do, the tourniquet still sticks out the top by a couple of inches even with the optional shirt protector installed. This causes the tourniquet to rub against my shirt and is eventually going to wear out the spot on my shirt where it rubs. It works, but the design could definitely be improved.

Purchased this for my husband for Christmas for his CAT T. He is very pleased on the fit. He used to wear an ankle strap but now is on motors so he can no longer put it there! I am also a trainer for my police department for officers tactical/swat medical training and ALWAYS push into their brains to wear their CAT T's with them at all times. This is a perfect way to get them to always wear it on their person!

Fits my CAT well. The belt clip is very good quality and it adjusts so that you can have it hug your belt tight and keep the case/holster in place where you need it if that's something you're looking for.

Product is tough enough to withstand daily abuses of getting in and out of cars as well as rolling around on the ground and it still holds strong. Seems to be a much better way of keeping a TQ than the nylon pouches. Product allows instant deployment of a TQ during high stress situations. Would highly recommend for duty use.

High quality, the TEK LOK is standard - the same high quality as most. This fits the NARR Tourniquet perfect, with the perfect amount of space left over for a golf sharpie. I like how the tek lok adjusts for almost any size belt.
