Not All Diamonds and Rosé: The Inside Story of The Real Housewives from the People Who Lived It

Ehhh this was a miss for me. Most of the “tea” was already pretty well known and this book is clearly a mouth piece for Andy and his bias toward certain housewives (it’s published by his publishing house). The grammar errors were horrible, did anyone read this before it went to print? Save your money, not worth it.

The good stories have already been leaked in the press. There are so many grammatical errors in this book that it is just not worth buying. Read the headlines instead.

I would prefer to give this thing zero stars. First, what I received is not a book, but a pamplet at best. It is so poorly written, it is hard to read. Did no one proof read this thing. It is awful!!!!!

Since Andy Cohen published this, don't expect all the tea, but rather diet tea (Skinny Girl tea?) - a look at the RHO franchises with juicy, but not damning, gossip and stories. It's still a fun read for any RHO fan and millions of RHO viewers across all franchises.

This truly is like the ultimate reunion special. There are so many housewives included and so many juicy stories! I was also intrigued by how the show came together in the first place and all the inside info from the production side. 👏👏

What a waste of $16.23. Andy Cohen’s publishing company publishes this book, and everything written in the book is as messy as he is. Don't waste your money.

I really wished every housewife had spoken. There were a lot of one sided views. However, this was a great book.

The author did a great job of pulling out the funniest and most moving bits of Housewives history and organizing them in a compelling way. After more than a decade of these women, you'd think you wouldn't be surprised by anything, but this book proved me wrong. Can't recommend it enough.

I thought this would be am inside scoop as told by a director in a narrative format, with some interesting facts from behind the scenes that we didn't already know. Instead it's literally just transcripts of dialogue between housewives reminiscing about their very first season or episode and recounting drama from several seasons ago. Waste of time and overpriced for something that reads like a group WhatsApp conversation.

So, even though the shouting bothers me, I do like this show. I have watched ROHBH and ROHNYC since the beginning so that is some time commitment right there.I ignored the review of this book by another customer because of optimism. I had hoped it would be insightful or interesting.It is not. Save your money. It is a load of quotes strung together around some of the more famous moments. It really could have been transcribed from their little scenes to camera, that they shot at the time. If you’ve seen the show - there is no need to read this book.If you’ve not seen the show - why on earth would you read this book?!A better look at behind the scenes reality tv is the TV show UNREAL. Which you can see on Amazon. That’s really good if you like this sort of thing.

I was a bit disappointed by this book - it felt kind of lazily put together. And there’s not much in it that wasn’t already out there - maybe a book that wasn’t approved by Bravo would have been a bit juicier!

ISBN 1804223379 is a poor cheap lazy copy of this book. It honestly should never have left the press plant. The format is off, there’s no pictures (yet the description says colour photos and there’s picture credits at the back), everything is black and white and on cheap paper, it’s twice the size of what it should be. Insult to injury it arrived damage too, gutted as I’ve seen how it should look and this is a disgrace. Check the code of the one you are ordering and the page count, don’t get caught out with this sorry excuse of a book.

This isn't a proper edition. I'm not sure if it's to do with supply chain issues so it had to be rushed out into production but it's just off. There's no images despite a credit for image sources listed at the end of it and it's full of typos. The book itself only needs a cursory glance to see something a out - it looks like it was printed out the back of someone's garage.
