Pure encapsulations Pregnenolone does not specifically state that it does not contain corn, gluten, soy, or dairy. However, the list of ingredients is quite short -- Pregnenolone (3-alpha-hydroxy-5-beta-pregnen-20-one), other ingredients: hypo-allergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water). The label specifically states, "hypo-allergenic dietary supplement." Also a "Commitment to Quality Program" disclosure on the label states, "Sourced and manufactured to avoid: Artificial Additives, Allergens, Environmental Contaminants, Added Excipients."

I am not gluten sensitive, but I think you should contact Pure Encapsulations directly to be certain there is no possibility of gluten in their production process as well as the capsule itself. That said, it appears to be gluten-free because the only other ingredient is cellulose: "hypo-allergenic plant fiber (cellulose)."
