Does this still allow the drum to vent? And has anyone use this on the B side of closed cell foam(polyol resin)?

Not really which is kinda stupid. We use it for our oil drums and always have issues with venting, eventually we just removed it because it was more trouble then it’s worth.

is the gauge water tight to be installed in the utside ? I would hate to get condensation and not be able to read it....

No It is not water tight. Not for outdoor use.

do you have a version that will fit on the 2'' port

Check your 2” port cap, some of them have a 3/4” threaded hole in the middle. You’ll have to punch out or cut the hole, but this fit perfectly in mine. Note, I did buy and install a short 3/4” riser to allow the gauge to screw on snuggly onto the 2” cap.
