Well they do not use the required 2mm foam tape only the paper-thin double sided tape that causes issues. That needs to be in the description that the customer needs to provide it themselves

This is one of the best products I bought in a long time. The replacement screen fit perfectly in place of the OEM and the ribbon connection although different than the factory worked with no issues. One thing to note the replacement screen is a lot clearer but the touch sensitivity is a bit stiff. I think with time that would change.

It was easy to install but only part of it is working.

The screen came with a very small hairline crack in the corner of the screen. I could see it behind the protective film but figured it would be hidden behind the cover.. It was hidden but the crack spread when we tested the touch response after installation.. The crack is now running down the entire right side of the screen and ghost presses buttons constantly.

The ad says check only works with p/n LA084x01(sl)(01). Well it sure does fit however the printed ribbon cable is different and will not work. How did I find out. By putting it back in and it not working. In th first picture you can see the printed circut on the new one and the second pic you can see the one off the broken one

Worked great once I read Chrysler forum and reset the unit by clicking key off and on twice.Be patient removing old touch screen with delaminating glue gel is a mess.

very cheaply made , very poor packaging received item and had cracks in , it don't know if it was from the manufacturing process or from the poor packaging , returned it would not recomend

Installation was easy, removal of the broken original was much more involved. This one even came with the electronics tape on the edges.
