These are a great product, and the price is really good here on Amazon, especially with Prime shipping available. I recommend taking two of these a day, as 20mg is a more therapeutic dose for an adult, but with the two-pack for the price, this is still a two month's supply even if you take two of these a day.I recommend taking Lycopene if you're looking for a natural antioxidant and way to prevent various cancers (especially colon and cervical), promote prostate health, treat ASCUS or HPV, or cure any type of warts on the skin. My husband is allergic to watermelon, so we started getting these to boost his lycopene intake. The number one seller for me, is the fact that this product is provided in softgels. Vitamins and supplements are notorious for being difficult to absorb, unless in softgel form.
