Jansport SuperBreak Daypack / Super Break Daypack

They might seem quite expensive for a pretty basic rucksack but they are definitely worth the money. Bought this to replace a 13 year old Superbreak which I've used for everything from travelling to gym to shopping for years. The old one is still perfectly usable but the straps are wearing a bit. This one is exactly the same quality (the only difference is my old model has tags on both main compartment zips). I look forward to getting the same length of service from this one.

Had this bag for 2 months. It's can fit my laptop, camera, phone, 4 chargers, and have room for more things. Perfectly good bag and would recommend it to anybody. Very durable also as its been around Europe and back with no scratches or rips at all.

My 7 year old loves his new school bag. Perfect size for little humans with enough space inside for their school work, dictionary, pencil case and whatever else you need to put in. The padded straps are perfect and comfortable. Jansport bags are flawless.

Really good quality bag - good size for uni/school/work/carrying a laptop/cabin bag on a plane/camping. Waterproof and durable. My zip got stuck once but was easily unstuck.

Fed up with buying big, yet very cheap Primark bags that were prone to break under the pressure of all the stuff I carry around with me, and cause me no end of aching arms due to them being designed to be carried on the shoulder, I decided to take a leaf out of my school kid past and buy a rucksack. I wanted something that would be more comfortable to carry and much more durable, as well as looking pretty (I'm a girl and an art student, enough said) and this bag delivers on everything! I LOVE the design (the pink and brown chocolate chip one), the main compartment expands to be much bigger than it first appears - I can easily fit in all the junk I need for uni and for visiting my boyfriend or friends in other cities. The smaller compartment on the front is perfect for all your little bits of stuff too: keys, lip balm, compact mirror, comb, train pass, blah blah blah. After cramming all that into the bag, you want it to be comfortable, and even if it's heavy it's easy to carry and barely noticable; the straps are padded and very comfy - no more dead shoulders for me! It also seems to made from a fairly strong, waterproof material after carrying it through heavy Manchester rain. I'm visiting London for a couple of days soon and I will deffo be taking this bag as it will surely carry all that I need for a 2 day trip. There is one gripe I have which is a shame as I really want to give this a 5 star rating; that is that there is no extra reinforcement on the base of the bag. It is strong and stands up to weight, but I'm worried that it might wear through quite easily after repeated contact with the floor! I would also have liked maybe an extra pocket within the main compartment, so I could easily locate important things such as my phone, wallet or camera (don't like leaving those things in the front pockets on bags as I think it would be easier for someone to open them without you seeing - drawback of carrying your bag on your back I guess!) rather than taking the bag off and rummaging through it. But that isn't a big deal when you realise how generally awesome the bag is, and such good value for money with the design I bought only costing me around £20 with the postage :) loves it.

I love Jansports. This is my third I guess. Used one in high school, one for my bachelors and purchased this one for my masters :D They are very practical and comfortable. My 18 inch lab top fits easily.

I like this because it is tough and has a thirty year guarantee. My duaghter likes it because it is purple, has a funky pattern and has a pocket she can keep her bus pass and phone in for easy access. I call that a win win. She flings it to the floor when she gets home but it still looks fresh and clean. The one I bought at the start of term, lasted 2 weeks!

The zipper keeps catching on the fabric and getting stuck. You can pull the zipper hard enough to let go but it takes some muscle. I've used Jansport all my life and this is the first issue I've ever had with them.

This backpack has a great southwestern pattern and is made by the JanSport brand we all fondly remember from childhood, BUT where are the water-bottle holder/pockets on the sides? There aren't any.

My daughter loves the bag, its bright and of course it is her favorite color. It holds all if her school books well. No problems thus far.
