I was honestly surprised by how quickly this worked. I had a really painful earache and was looking for something to help while waiting to see if it would resolve on its own. Within minutes of using these drops, the pain noticeably eased and my ear felt calmer instead of throbbing. The dropper is easy to use, and you only need a couple drops. The formula contains 4% lidocaine, which numbs the irritated nerves in the ear canal, so the relief is pretty fast.  What I liked most was that it worked right away without needing to take another oral pain reliever. It didn’t sting or burn for me either—just a soothing numb feeling that took the edge off the pain. Obviously this isn’t treating an infection (you still need a doctor for that), but for temporary ear pain relief, it worked exactly as advertised and I’m glad to have it in my medicine cabinet. Would definitely buy again for earaches from colds, allergies, or pressure.

This is for pain relief only has no antibiotics in it so it’s more for like if he gets swimmers ear or any of those kind of symptoms but it’s just for pain relief straight lidocaine

It is insane what all I have in my medicine storage box. Meds that cover every orifice of your body. Throat pain. Allergies. Imodium. Dramamine (when kids wake up sick early morning hours). Cough drop pills that do not have an expectorant. Any kind of headache pain. You get the idea. This ear medicine will help until you can get them to the doctor. Has helped out several times.

These drops have been a great help for the pain and cricket-like noise in my husband's ears. He complained about it every day, and thanks to God and these wonderful drops, he has improved greatly. And their price is very affordable.

The bottle came and it was almost empty. You can't make a return or request a replacement. So sad. Waste of money.

Product supports its claim. Noticeably aids easing ear, pain & itch of outer ear itch. Good results. Good over the counter treatment to have in your medicine cabinet until you can see an ENT.

These drops seemed to do the intended job however the container was less than 1/8th full as reported by other reviewers. In the future I suggest purchasing from your local Walgreens Pharmacy where you can inspect the quantity.
