International returns need more amazon info
Tried to return but the instructions from Amazon were incorrect; international returns as well as returns labels ALSO require 3 copies of the original invoice apparently. We found this out after going to 4 UPS stations.FYI- Lock did not fit out door but looked solid and smart.

Absolute Junk - Faulty Key Assembly
Once new system is installed the key cannot be removed from the key hole after you lock the dead bolt. When you attempt to remove the key the dead bolt can only be in the unlocked position for the key to be removed. What kind of door lock and dead bolt requires a key to remain in the key hole at all times when in the locked position. Completely a defective and deceptive product. Waste of money!!!!
