It’s a nice tub, but ……. I thought i would be getting a matching tub to the cold plunge one……… same manufacturer, but they are not the same tub. Almost, but not cigar. Oh well. After it’s installed, what do you do???

Customer service won’t return my emails to give me the missing parts. The tub is cheap & not worth the money. Highly recommend not purchasing.

So in a bind due to another manufacturer no longer producing the tub I first selected, I chose what seemed to be the most similar to my first choice. Not many reviews, and I apparently did not read them well, because I am not impressed. I was also very limited by space constraints in my bathroom to a 60” tub. The tub is aesthetically pleasing. The jets work. Those are my two positives. The faucet and spray attachment are the equivalent of a fire hose. Maybe it is my water pressure and/or heater settings, but one wrong slight twist of the temperature knob (and I mean slight) and you are either facing third degree burns or thinking you signed up for an arctic plunge. There is no way to reduce the pressure that fires out of either faucet or shower head (normally reducing the amount you have turned the water on reduces the pressure - ha! Joke is on me and my wall that is now sprayed in water). I knew this tub was smaller than my previous one, but as someone with a 32” inseam, I can sit at a 90° angle with a slight bend in my knees. The pillows are a joke. If you do not touch them, they stay in place. If you attempt to recline or shift positions, the pillow falls. It does not stick back up without brute force, which defeats the purpose of a relaxing soak. I am stuck with this tub for the foreseeable future and will make do, but would warn/caution anyone else to stay away. Two stars are for aesthetics and jets.

I purchased in February 2024 for remodeling our house. Just got it installed and the cold water line leaks. You can't access the line to fix or change it as it's up in the tub. I have called Empava and left three messages in one week. Answering service says leave a message and someone will call you. No one calls back.
