Made from solid steel for a lifetime of trouble free surface. Flooring materials are protected by the roller's smooth surface and rounded corners. All rollers float independently on the axle to compensate for subfloor inconsistencies. Review: Didn't have time to wait to find a used one, and renting seemed like a waste because we needed multiple days. Good deal especially since I got Prime 2-day shipping on this thing, works great for vinyl plank flooring, seems durable as the handle got bent during shipping but it still works great and the weld where top handle meets vertical pols is still strong. Review: the unit itself Would have been fine but their idea of packaging for shipping was.....nothing. they shipped it just as you see it in the photo's. being it rolls and weighs 100lb, the shipping company rolled it to it's destination leaving hundreds of small indentions in the rollers. had to return it and go rent one (thankfully it was a prime item), as the tiny indentions would have damaged the flooring. otherwise the unit looked to be decently built.

Steel Roller performed exactly as I hoped it would. Very solid construction with a convenient lifting/loading handle.
