I've had my Roborock for over two years, and I absolutely love it. It has saved me countless hours of work and reaches places even my Miele couldn't go into without contorsioning myself. With two cats and a little one at home, the canister is full each time I turn it on!The only problem I have with it is that after the initial set up, I was never able to connect it to my phone, and therefore I was never able to change cleaning times, adjust the suction level, set up cleaning areas, etc., so now that my schedule has changed, I must turn it on manually every day.I don't mind the manual turn on (no pun intended), but not being able to adjust suction is a huge drawback. I originally set it up pretty low to limit noise, but now that I need more power to vacuum cat litter, not being able to adjust suction is a bummer. :(On a side note, the moping accessory is pretty useless.Overall, I'm happy enough with it to give it four stars (3.5, really).
