I have to start out by stating my initial review was bad because it was missing hardware, however that was incorrect. Due to an error on my part, I had missed the hardware package falling down alongside the trashcan as I was unpacking everything. The return request went through so quick they were already shipping it by the time I found the hardware the next morning.The product itself is very nice. It's a standard flat black which i wanted and nicely matches the single bar I have by my shower also the Ironick shelf I put in. Easy to put together and because it mounts directly to the wall, very easy to install. I highly recommend using a level when installing because you can end up with a parallelogram sitting at an angle if you don't. set up your drill holes on one side, making sure the bar is level up and down. Loosely mount the bar on that side, then use the level horizontally to make sure the bars are level side to side before marking the holes on the second bar. Remove bar, drill holes (and put in the drywall mounting plastic sleeve doohickies or whatever they're called), and screw in the towel rack on both sides. I recommend re-tightening all the bolts on the bars before screwing everything into the wall.When you put in the wall screws, don't forget to add the snap rings facing the correct direction so you can snap on the black covers that hide the silver screwheads. Overall, great product.
