I ordered this one month back and received it in a few days and the packing was top notch. Fully packed with strong cardboard box outside and thermocol , bubble wrap and air bags inside. I didn't call for demo since i have already used oven before and this required no set up .I have used this to bake cake ,cookies and bread and reheat cooked rice and everything came out good . But i feel the cooking time need to be reduced since for menu that requires 40 min require just 15 min with this oven make a note of that otherwise you will end up burning your food !The only word of caution is ,this oven is small both length and breadth wise and you can't cook 2 dishes at a time one in top rack and another in bottom and you can't make big cakes etc .And i was afraid of my hand touching the hot inner surface since the space was small.It comes with 2 books one with different menu both veg and non veg dishes other a manual to use this oven. This oven has all facilities baking , preheating , defrost etc .One starter pack with 2 boxes big and small in size , 3 cup cake mould and and 2 trays which is for multipurpose like baking cookies or making cake or simply to hold any dish of your choiceI am 100% satisfied with this product and for anyone that requires a small oven under ,10K i would definitely recommend this.

1) There is no start/stop button n display. As soon as switch on the electric switch it will start, to stop need to switch off electric switch.2) Text for the nobs are very dull, need to go very close to understand.3) Suggestion for new buyes-Purchase microwave with digital operation n display.

Excellent value for money, great durability and quick and hassle-free warranty part replacement when the magnetron died (due to external power fluctuation I think, but Godrej didn’t care and asked no questions). I have got two of these now and microwave and convection functions work great! I don’t use grill.Its got individual buttons which are very durable and can be replaced for super cheap in any local repair shop, instead of the crap “soft touch pad” which needs to be replaced as a whole if any one button malfunctions and costs Rs.1500 on average in any brand.

Small dent

Love the product for its quality and value but the only issue is the fine printing of the minutes and temperature. Since there is no display, the numbers and colour are not visible at all. The text colour along with background colour made it hard to see. Since you need to use the dial everytime, we tend to be wrong when setting the time.

Good VFM. The delivery by Gati was so delayed, that it took them 7 days to move it from Mumbai to Pune. They should change their name to Dheemi. Anyways the microwave itself is a pleasure to own and use. We haven't experimented with baking but it should work well enough (beware that preheating takes 35 min in this oven) . The free demo was provided on request from Godrej and we were quite satisfied with the quality of the provided starter kit and accessories which include 2 grilling racks and a handle to remove them from the oven. Nothing much to add to what others have said. This is a very user friendly and stylish compact little microwave which can cook almost any food in the shortest amount of time. (they also provide a couple of recipe books which are helpful for the beginners)
