TLDR: My cat has stopped choosing me as her bed of choice and happily sleeps on this mat! -My cat since we’ve gotten her consistently sleeps on me every night. As adorable and sweet as it is as someone who tosses and turns its hard to with a cat on you! I wanted a solution but knew a cord on a traditional heating pad would’ve been torn up by her! I put this down in the pile of blankets I can usually shimmy her off onto in the night and now she doesn’t even think about laying on me and goes straight onto the mat. She has been curled up on this all night and returned to it multiple times throughout the day. It is the perfect size and definitely is doing its job of keeping her warm and cozy! I would recommend!

The mat reflects heat back from my cat’s body really well. There is a layer of batting and reflective material inside sewn together as one piece that can be removed for washing the cover. The other benefit is that you can add another layer of batting inside the mat. I made an extra layer, a crochet layer using yarn, thick yarn, to give the mat a little extra stability and even more comfort. It also makes it easier for my cat to crawl on and lie on if the mat is placed on a soft or uneven surface. I did this because she’s using the mat on top of her cat bed. The size is absolutely perfect for a cat. In the past I’ve paid more than double the price of this one for a far inferior product. This mat is much better than other mats I’ve bought in the past. This mat will make my cat’s arthritis so much easier to deal with and help keep any chill out of her bones. She’s already completely asleep on it. Being an older cat, 14 which is the max for her breed, this matters perfect for what I needed to keep her bones from hurting so much as well as to keep the chill out. She likes to lay in the bay window but living In Canada’s far north that can be quite cold for half the year. With this match she’s perfectly comfortable even in the window. I’m so happy with it that I am purchasing a second one right now for my other cat who is not much younger.

Thinner than I expected, but soft and cozy. My cat ignored it for 2 days but since then has slept on it for a few hours each day (for about a week now). I got the 61x46 cm size and it’s perfect for my 10.5 lb cat. I like that I can remove the cover for washing but I haven’t washed it yet.

The whole reason I got this cat bed was to put on my desk and I needed it not to slide around and this slides all over the place. I give it two stars because it is soft and the cat does lay on it but when he jumps off it slides and is dangerous. Update: even though it can slide around my cat is enjoying this bed.

got it for my cat who is always cold, she loves it and it keeps her nice and toasty. worth every penny.i was hesitant at first because of two reasons:1- i didn’t know if the crinkle was going to scare the cat that i wanted to buy the bed for (it doesn’t scare her and the crinkle is very quiet)2- i didnt want my other cat making sin biscuits on it or stealing her bed because he unfortunately loves these sherpa materials a lot. (thankfully he is respectful of the bed)don’t hesitate, buy the bed!!
