Works great on chest and forearms.
Good equipment.... worth it.... chest and arms workout.Only con is the rubber grip smells like petrol. Even the hands smell bad after use.

Gimmicky product, buy at your own risk.
The media could not be loaded. It's just like a hand gripper but here you got to bend this like a rod to make both ends meet. Its strenuous job to bend this power rod, I don't know what muscles it work. As you see in the video... It's doesnt target a single muscle but a collectively all muscles. Company claims it does work on biceps and triceps and you can use them in exercises. I didn't agree to that. It's just a gimmick product, who wish to show thier strength to poeple can buy it.Gym equipments are much better than this.
