Needed to purchase a spare remote for my digi box so I contacted my local store ( Where purchased from ) total waste of time. Found this product on the internet and purchased it. What can I say only it is an exact copy of the original and works perfectly and delivered promptly and before the delivery date also. A bloody belting product. As for my local store I'll give you a clue as to who they are : "We can help" (NOT!!!!!!).
