Great substitute for costly Sure Gel.
EXCELLENT substitute for pricy Sure Gel!! Worked superbly in my mango preserves recipe. Cost about 1/3 what an equivalent amount of Sure jell

Worked great!
I used this to can strawberry and blueberry jam. I usually use Ball brand but it was either ridiculously priced or sold out wherever I looked, so I gave this brand a shot. My jam set great, tastes amazing as always and I was impressed with the quality for the price! It will be my go-to from now on!

Pectin for canning.
Works great for my jams & jellies. Bought twice so far. Fairly cost effective compared to the boxed pectin.

Good for baking cookies. Keeps them soft.
I use this in cookie batter to keep cookies moist and chewy. About 1-2 tbs. mixed thoroughly in a batch, and the cookies stay soft.

Fruit pectin made in the USA.
Had to use just a little bit more than what’s sold in the individual single use packages. Also had to boil for a few extra minutes to set it up as firm as I wanted my jelly/jams to be. I gave 4.5 out of 5 stars due to these things but it did beautifully for me.

As Good As Any Sure Jel Product, and Far Less Expensive
I loved using this; I've always preferred using pectic powder as opposed to getting it measured and boxed. Our local stores were completely out of Mrs. Webers. Sure Jel, and Ball's. I needed ClearJel for pie filling, so I decided to try this companion product.It dissolved more completely than Ball's pectin in a jar and Sure Jel. This is one great product!

I wasn't sure about ordering this because I always use the name brand pectin when I make jelly. But this worked very well for a much more reasonable price!

It's Actually Sucrose with added Pectin
7 grams of added sucrose sugar out of 9 grams on the package specs on package back.This equals 77% sugar and 23 % pectin. This is false advertising.Product should be called Sucrose with added pectin!Will not buy this again for morning smoothies.Will have to use it up when fermenting veges.this Fall.
