Most comfortable dress shoe ever.
I have long wanted to try a pair of Mephisto shoes, but didn’t want to spend the $. I’m on my feet a lot, so comfortable shoes are very important. I bit the bullet and bought a pair, in my normal size (11) and found they run about a half size big. Returned the first pair and got a 10.5 and they fit wonderfully. Very well made and look great! Feet don’t hurt and back pain is gone also. Will be buying multiple pairs and styles in the future as I’ve found you get what you pay for!!!

In great shape after a year of light duty
I usually wear a size 9 US men’s. The size 8 of these shoes fit the length of my feet better, but squeezed the top of my feet too much. I returned those and went with the 9. They’re very comfortable, though I confess I don’t do a lot of walking in them - maybe an hour to 90 minutes a day, all told. They still look great after a year of wear in an office setting, with a few small spots of wear in the usual places. I’m sure even that would be better if I was taking better care of the leather. The soles are still in good shape too, no cracking. Although pricy, they seem to be worth the money!

Stay far away
The shoe is overpriced but good quality. Be wary of this company. I will never purchase again. Their sizing is way off from what they recommend. Then when you return to get your proper size, they will change you, in my case, $172 for a “restocking fee”. Now I only wore the wrong size shoe to try on and walk to my mailbox. They tell me the soles are worn out, creases in the shoe and scuffs. Amazing I could achieve that in a 50 foot walk! lol. Steer clear of this company. Too bad, they do have a good product, but a tainted business practice. They don’t care about your purchase.
