Purchased a few sets for my kids.I use Corsair products personally and found this to be a decent, cost-effective alternative. I would use it myself if I didn't already own higher-end stuff.The keyboard:Significantly higher quality than 'standard' pc keyboards. Persons with little to no experience with a true mechanical keyboard are unlikely to be able to discern the difference in feel between this and a Corsair / Razer product, but will notice a tremendous difference when compared to a normal general use keyboard.This is a hybrid keyboard - which as I understand implies it really nice mechanisms that terminate in membrane style contacts. I assume this is so the product can still be affordable while still offering a better experience.The mouse:The mouse seems to be solidly made, nothing squeaks, nothing feels flimsy or mushy. It has a DPI switch on the bottom, which is unusual, but is only an inconvenience for gamers that need to change DPI on the fly, which is not something everyone needs. It is precise and does the job. It is not special but seems better made than some of the cheap imported <$20 gaming mice that plague the market.Gave 5 stars for being a good value and giving us no grief out of the box. Obviously there are better products out there if you want to spend more money.

I got a set to replace my work keyboard/mouse in office, low noise and with the customizable LED i can tone it down to a more discrete color like white.Also got another set for my kid to play games on, no complaint there as well.Could possibly be the best under $50 combo out there in the market that doesn't feel cheaply made.

Very good beginner keyboard. RUB lighting isn't a must but is very welcome, the hybrid keyboard does a good job of making it feel mechanical. The backspace key is rather small but it's manageable. The mouse is rather small for me but I have big hands, so for anyone looking for a good combo to get you from a to b, this is it.

I love it! Colors are bright, way better than i expected for the price. Better than my $85 logitech from 8 years ago. This keyboard also had a nice heavy metal base instead of plastic. Just love it!

I have had several gaming mice over the years and I usually get what I paid for. In this case, since I first received this device, the mouse has been a bit unresponsive and sticky. Nothing like Coke spilt on it to cause that. The actual button just seems to be really poor quality. While the lights are nice and the feel of the keyboard is good, the mouse makes this a NO BUY!!!!!

Great! This is my first rgb keyboard and mouse. Got to say they look very nice, the keys feel nice to push, love the multiple setting for the lights which there was no software needed, but the only thing that bothered me was that the nous didn't come with a braided like the keyboard. However this product was only 55 dallors and is a great deal for what you get.

Mouse died within days, but keyboard remains functional. Tall keys make it somewhat awkward, but oh well. For the price it's good, but I kind of wish I'd been willing to spend more. After losing the mouse I expect I will have to replace the keyboard eventually. The RGB is a little disappointing as well. Some colors shine way cleaner than others. The yellow in particular has a sickly green look to it.I would buy this again for a young kid, like between 8-12. For an enthusiast adult you should save up for something better.

Realmente no esperaba mucho de un teclado gamer, es la primera vez que adquiero un kit gamer para PC, siempre me fui de la idea de que no habia necesidad pero creo que me equivoque, llevo ya 2 semanas con el y la verdad valio la pena por el precio, el mouse es decente, se juega bien con sus dpi y el teclado tiene excelentes colores e iluminacion no se le puede pedir mas. Si estas empezando en el mundo gaming y deseas tener rgb por donde sea creo que cougar es un buen inicio.

I don't know what's the difference with the model more expensive but my son was really happy. Look is nice to!

Lo uso principalmente para trabajo, sin duda me va excelente... El teclado viene con cable reforzado, el mause no tiene cable reforzado, la iluminación de ambos es muy buena, el mause lo tengo en un tapete súper barato y jala bien... Los materiales son de buena calidad.
