Tassimo Descaling Tablets for all Pack of 6

Edit: Latest order had different tablets compared to the picture.The latest ones are much larger and are round, rather than rectangular as per picture.I wanted to find an alternative to the Bosch descaling tablets which of course, being Bosch, are not cheap for the amount you get.We would be using these on the Tassimo Happy but initially I tried them on the drop coffee maker as a test run.These are slightly smaller than the Bosch tablets but I only used one instead of two that Bosch suggest. These took a bit longer to dissolve in cold water but with a bit of time and agitation they did dissolve fully.Running the cleaning cycle pulled out an incredible amount of flakes and limescale so for functionality these have been excellent!Even after a few flushes further limescale was flushed out too.Now that the coffee machine is clean the taste is as good as ever so overall I recommend these tablets.I will update this review when I perform the next clean on the Tassimo machine when I calls for descaling.

Tablets bought for a second time, and will continue to buy. Disolved two tabs in the water reservoir of my Tassimo machine and followed instructions for descaling. They dissolve quickly and clean the heating elements effectively. Reasonably priced and delivered in super fast time.

bought and used this as it was cheaper than the 'official' Tassimo descaling tablets. All descaling tablets are the same - right? I gave it a try, and used only one tablet and followed the descaling procedure for my machine. It took about half an hour and afterwards the descale light on my machine was out. I assume from that that my machine is now descaled. Still have five tablets left so should last a few years before needing any more.

I finally decided to descale my coffee machine months after the red light started showing! The stream of coffee started to become very limited, so it was time.Used of these, placed it in the filled water canister to dissolve, ran the machine once with a descaling tablet, ran it twice with clear water, and it was as good as new. Works first time.Can be added to kettle or other products which needs descaling. Very good product. Comes with no instructions.

I used these before and they worked brilliantly, so when I needed some more it was a no brainer to reorder. What I received the first time was totally different to this time. They were round, dissolved really quickly and worked. This time they're rectangular, do not dissolve and whether they do a good cleaning job I don't know because I haven't been able to dissolve any to find out. Would recommend the round ones but definitely not these.
