Dell Latitude E6220 12.5' Notebook PC - Intel Core i5 2520M 8GB 250GB Windows 10 Professional (Renewed)

I received the laptop yesterday, well packaged, opened it and it was looking good. Powered it on and I started to check its specs. I realised that the Ram was 4 GB opposed to the 8 GB in the advert. It was disturbing because it is unethical but I just let it go.I am still checking it out though

This is the first time and last time I purchase a refurbished laptop. When I received the laptop it wasn't working ... Windows wouldn't load, the seller told me to open up the computer and see if the hard drive was loose. I did and even after I took care of that windows wouldn't load. I had to purchase a windows recovery software to get it to work. After all this I got it to work. I noticed the computer ran hot for browsing the internet.

Just open the laptop and windows showing media test failures!!!and can’t open the window anymore!! If it’s continuing to be happening then we might not feel interest to buy again from Amazon!!!!

Please don't buy anything from them they are selling only garbage I buy one laptop from them after one week laptop keyboard + led not working 😕 very disappointed

Laptop was returned as it didn't meet the published specs, windows 10 was not activated so seller asked me to buy a license in case I wanted to have it activated, battery last less than 45 minutes at full charge, top cover was full of dents, and lover cover plastics bumpers missing, every time you turn in the laptop, it brings you to the BIOS menu, as the internal battery is totally drained and time/date just reset all the time. I bought this product as it was advertised as Amazon Renewed, but this product is way out of the Amazon standard…

This little laptop does exactly what I needed it to - use it as a mobile extension to complement my work desktop. They threw in an extra long life battery for me. It felt very clean and "new." I was disappointed there was no power cord, so I reached out and they explained it was an oversight and quickly shipped one out for me - along with an extra battery at no charge! Loved working with them and hope to do so more in the future. (Steering my company to them for future electronic purchases; love that they are refurbished and we're not creating more "stuff" to clutter the environment.)

Bought this for my daughter who lives in another state to use for college. I had it shipped directly to her and never saw the laptop. I bought this from my previous experience with Dell computers and Amazon reviews. My daughter loves it so I am happy with it. I did purchase the extended warranty just as a precaution. I definitely would recommend this to others.

Perfect size and like-new condition. Set-up was fairly easy and runs fast with little fan noise . Typing this review today on the laptop that arrived yesterday. Hundreds less than new Windows 10, with support from Microsoft, something my old Win 7 no longer has. Perfect for email and web browsing along with decent memory and hard drive space. Can't find a scratch anywhere! Set up Firefox so it looks exactly like the old unit. Highly recommended!

I repeatedly contacted the seller to return the product during the 3-month warranty period, but he never responded, which I find highly unethical. Long story short, I didn't trust this computer could store my data safely so I hardly used it. I put it away for a few months and tried to turn it on, and what do you know, it won't run at all.

This purchase was a mistake. The computer was in rather rough condition. I should have returned it immediately. A few months after I got it, the screen started glitching and something inside must have shorted out, because the computer got super hot and started emitting smoke and basically self-destructed. I consider myself lucky because it didn't totally burst into flames.
