Great customer support
The baby loves the walker but I took off one star because the music part didn’t work return and replace for a new one was quick and easy. The replacement works just fine very satisfied with this product and customer service

Don’t buy
The hand held toy stopped working after two weeks

Terrible design
Baby can’t see over toys and they have to look around and they get annoyed if they can’t see the parent. Baby has to look under to to the side. Wheels are ok but hard to push around - hard for baby to walk in . Not worth the money. I assumed u pay for what you get but over$100 for this is not worth it.
