I am utterly disappointed with the oil heater I recently purchased on Amazon. It's an absolute waste of money, and I can't believe I fell for the positive reviews. This so-called "heater" failed miserably in providing any semblance of warmth. It's essentially a glorified paperweight that consumes electricity.Firstly, the heating capacity is laughable at best. I might as well have stuck with my ancient space heater from the '90s because this modern piece of junk couldn't warm up a hamster cage. I waited for what felt like an eternity, expecting my room to transform into a cozy oasis, but all I got was disappointment and frustration.To make matters worse, the build quality is atrocious. The heater emits an unsettling buzzing sound that makes it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. I don't know if it's going to explode or just stop working altogether. The cheap plastic exterior feels like it could melt any second, adding a layer of anxiety to an already regrettable purchase.The thermostat is a complete joke. It either refuses to turn off when the room is already scorching or shuts down randomly, leaving me shivering in the cold. It's like playing a game of chance every time I turn the darn thing on.Let's not even get started on the customer service. I reached out to the manufacturer with my concerns, and all I got was a generic response that did nothing to address my specific issues. It's clear they don't care about customer satisfaction once they've got your money.In conclusion, save yourself the trouble and avoid this oil heater like the plague. I've learned my lesson – cheap prices often mean cheap quality. I'm back to square one, freezing in my own home, and I can't emphasize enough how much I regret this purchase. Amazon, you should be ashamed for allowing such subpar products to tarnish your reputation.

Purchased in last week of October but did not able to unbox the item as I was out of station due to treatments.It was unboxed yesterday only but no instruction manual we found inside the packing. We just install the heater on common sense and worked fine. But the switch operations are still in dark to me.Please try to provide a guide book.As a whole the product is fine @ this price and I am happy.

Poor service

This is an extremely badly built device. They have used substandard parts to make this device. The performance is dismal. The fan makes extremely loud noise after a few days. The heating function died in a few days. Spend a few more rupees and buy something better like Havells. It worked for us for a few years now. This one didn't last a few days. The support is also horrible and I think that is on purpose because they know that their device is useless.

I was lucky enough to buy this product at Rs. 4999 with out any offers/coupons.The product was just perfect condition and fully operational for my 180sq feet room.What amazes me was the price increase in next couple of days to Rs.7600m a steep 50% price hike. I guess I was the lucky one.
