This seems to be a bit pricey for me but they work and I don’t take them often. So that takes the product worth it. This sounds odd,the color is purple and I love that. They are relatively small and they are easy to swallow. All in all that makes these a really inexpensive item that works

Nice to be able to buy a quantity of these. I always seem to get the last one in the box. They work just as good as the ones sold in the big stores.

I purchased this product as a much less expensive generic substitute for a name brand version of Simethicone 180 mg. This ValuMeds generic version of Simethicone 180 mg works just as well as the name brand, but at a great value (approximately 4.5 cents per pill). Only negative comment is that many of the pills are sticking together in the bottle, but I have been able to successfully address the sticking together of pills by aggressively shaking the bottle. These pills arrived on a very hot day, so perhaps the outside heat caused some of the pills to stick together.

They do the job for less money. My son and I get bloated and these little red gas tamers work perfect. It is surprising how much gas your belly holds when your bloated... Helps us feel much better. SMJ 23

That is because simethicone breaks the surface tension of gas bubbles that form in the colon, breaking them so the gas can pass out as flatulence. The carefully crafted product description never claims that simethicone reduces the rate or quantity of gas production, and the accompanying urgency and flatulence, yet leaves one to suppose that it might, particularly if one is looking for this kind of relief. it does not and the literature does not tell you this. The digestive system produces as much gas with simethicone as without it.So, yes, I got some relief from pressure and bloating as advertised, but I got no respite from flatulence or urgency, as expected once I understood simethicone's method of operation and its limitations.
