Had to Remake Item
We ordered the last one and maybe that was the mistake. Screws were missing or not in correctly. One of the legs was significantly shorter than the others and we corrected it by adding a piece of wood. One of the door slides was off. When we finished, we liked the piece of furniture.

It’s far from quality in my opinion! Cheap furniture comes to mind! I wouldn’t recommend this product!👎 in fact I’m having problems with the company that made the night stand that I’m going to splash them all over social media.

Better than I thought they'd be
This Alaterre Shaker Cottage end (or side) table is nice enough, particularly for the cost, pretty reasonable price. I bought two, for the bedside, and they are tall enough for my kinda tall bed. They are heavier than I expected. The 4 spindles (legs), which come as eight pieces, screw into metal so they're pretty sturdy and if a leg of the table isn't quite level you can unscrew it a little for equal height adjustment though I wouldn't unscrew it alot or it'll cause wobble and weakness at that joint - a little bit of loosen won't hurt though. The color is cream, or antique white and it had no blemishes. It comes with a drawer knob, it's screwed in backwards for shipment. The drawer slides easily. I like the tables and would buy them again.

Poor Quality and Customer Service
I love the style of this table except the legs are very wobbly. The table looks crooked. I emailed Alaterre twice and the third time I placed an order for new legs but have never received a response from them regarding any of my three requests. I won't order from Alaterre again and would suggest no one else does either.

Good table
Cute, simple nightstand. I would have picked a a different style but needed a taller nightstand for our taller bed and this is one of the few I found. We have two, one them rocks due to uneven leg but didn't feel like it was worth my time and energy to exchange it so I'll just live with it. It's a nice muted white color. Not too bright white, just a nice smooth white. I might paint the silver knobe on the drawers or just replace with different hardware.
