Too thin, Burns the sandwich
The material is too thin, it heats up very quickly and the food burns. I have had these kind of sandwich makers before. Never had this problem.

Serves the purpose
The item is OK. I have also checked with some other companies sandwich makers. I am finally keeping this . If the price of item is lowered by 20 bucks it will be definitely a good purchase. Thanks.
