Broken adapter
Works great but less than 2 years and the adapter broke. Hoping they replace it, expensive for a replacement.

Stopped working
It worked great in the beginning but after about a month of using it, it stopped working.

Quick disconnect is necessary after eating Taco Bell!
I have used this brand for several years at work and the quick disconnect is very useful when you have to go to take off your gun belt quickly in the middle of your shift. This happens whenever I patrol tunnels...or more often when I eat Taco Bell. I had one quick connect wear out after four years of use. The pink molded earpiece is comfortable after trimming the end of the clear tube to fit my ear. In six years I had the lapel clip break once on a tree branch but was fine after super glueing it.

Condensation gets inside the tube easily and then you can’t hear anything
Avg at best. Not worth the money.

Trash!! Did not work!! It cuts off during radio transmissions!! DO NOT BUY!!

Worth Every Penny
I use this on my radio at work daily and love it. I’ve been running it for about 2 months now with no issue. It has good clear sound quality both in the mic and earpiece. The mic is small, but finding the button is never an issue as it takes up virtually the whole side. I would definitely recommend or buy again if something happened to this one.
