Nursing pen
The best healthcare pen! Very fine ball, smooth ink, and it’s my must-have as a nurse. I love it so much I give it as a gift to new nurses!

Cute pen
This is a cute pen that has four different colors. It has red, blue, green and purple. It is fine point and writes smoothly. Ink does not smear and dries instantly. Order came in on time.

Smooth!!!
Even if this pen is fine it's super smooth it's didn't think I was going to like it but I do!!! No smearing, smooth transition between clicking down the other colors. Well made!!! I'll be either getting refills or another pen when this one is not working anymore. Super light not heavy at all! Super easy to use!! Not too expensive either!

Great Nurse pen!
This pen has been great for taking notes and documenting as an RN. I love the fine point. It makes it easier to write all the information down in a small space. The only negative is the width of the pen. It is a tad wider/larger in circumference then the traditional four color pen I used to use. Other than that, great pen and would definitely buy again!

Great pen for work
My favorite pen for work as a nurse. Ink flows smoothly for each color.

A cool pen, but seemed to be made cheaply.
The pen wrote rather smoothly, but ink didn’t last long. The plastic seemed cheaply made. It was cool that there were 3 colors in one pen, though. A child or young adult might like it.

Very smooth and effortless writing for an extra-fine point pen
I love the smooth and easy flow of the extra fine point FriXion pen but got tired of buying replacement ink. This extra fine point pen is as equally smooth and so easy to write with. It glides over the paper effortlessly. The bigger barrel is easier to grip if you have bigger hands. Love this pen!

One of the best multi-pens out there!
Pros: Absolutely fabulous pen for the person who writes very small or needs to cram as many notes as possible onto their paper. Vey nice Pilot quality and writes very smooth. I love the very fine point pen; writes very small and the ink doesn't flow out and bleed into the paper The barrel grip is very comfortable. Cons: With so many cartridges stuffed into the barrel the ink does run out a little faster than I would like as they are smaller. The clip does feel a little flimsy so I'm careful with it. Overall I really like these pens and don't let them out of my sight for fear of them not being returned since my co-workers like it so much.

For $10 this is one awesome pen. The hybrid Acroball ink is terrific; I think it’s better than that of the Jetstream. The 0.5mm point writes very smoothy. If it suffers in some way it’s that the ink isn’t as bold as some others but for me that takes a back seat to both a lack of smearing and smoothness. Also, the grip is excellent.

whoa, it's got not a ball point tip but that sort of flowing tip. as an RN i love having 4 colors for my notes and the flow tips are awesome
