This is a great source of magnesium coupled with malic acid.

I won't go without this product. I can tell if I miss a dose/day. I ask myself why am I dragging and is my body more achey than the norm. Look in my pill box and I either didn't add these or I just totally forgot to take them all the way. It's better to buy the bigger bottle too. More for you $$

This supplement is really helpful for fibromyalgia. After 11 years of searching and trying different supplements, I finally found one that really helps. Other brands hurt my stomach though, this one does not affect the stomach at all (I take it after a small meal)...

When I got the bag I could feel things all in the bag. When I opened it up, more than half the pills are spilt out, the top is off and the plastic. Looks like it was never closed in the first place. Tried contacting and it said no refunds. However I can not use the pills if they have been opened.

As a Fibromyalgia sufferer I am always looking for something to help with my constant muscle pain. Especially when I over do it with physical activities. I didn't find this helped much.
