I spent a lot of time researching beard combs and landed on this one. After using it for over a month, it has become my favorite comb. It works very well in combing my beard, mustache, and hair. The included sheath makes it easier to travel with, keeps it clean, and protects the bristles. I have accidentally dropped it once or twice and freaked out. Luckily, it hasn't suffered any damage. It just started to patina, and I love how it is coming out. Some added advice: if you are using beard oils, waxes, butter, etc., use quality products. This comb, being made out of wood, will over time absorb those products, somewhat taking on the product's scent and conditioning properties.

I purchased this and another Zeus brush (the single sided one) just because I wasn't sure which I would like better. They are both great, and in the end I chose the one that felt a little better. Since that's really a personal preference, I'll leave out which one I chose. Once my beard started getting longer, I decided it was time to brush it (and put some oil/balm in it). I was using a simple plastic comb, and it was ok, but it caught on my hair often.., which hurt. This brush was WAY BETTER! My hair never caught on the teeth, and when they say these combs massage your skin and face, they are right... FEELS SO GOOD!!! The sandalwood smells really nice, and has a great feel to it. I would recommend this comb to anyone! In fact, I gave the one I didn't choose to a friend, and he loved it too!

This is my second of these combs. The first was bought in 2019 and is still working great. When I decided to buy a second comb I got lured into another brand because it was running a “deal”. That was a mistake, it had a strange chemical smell and the fake leather case was flimsy. I returned it and reordered this comb. The comb is better quality and smells good. (Kinda important when you use it on your face) The leather case that it comes with is reason enough to pay a little extra for this comb. Customer service is great also!

Has a finish on it that makes it seem fake, but overall nice presentation and feel. Will make a nice stocking stuffer.

the first beard comb i received was flawed in terms of the craftsmanship. a few of the teeth on the finer side were stuck together and the comb was clearly not something i would have expected to pass any type of QC. I contacted them, told them that I had received a comb with imperfections and they quickly refunded me a portion of the purchase, which was a solid move. i have a long beard and i mostly use the wider toothed side of the comb, so it wasn't that big of a deal. in a show of respect for the partial refund, i ordered another comb with the idea of having one live in my car, along with some of their beard balm. the second beard comb showed up and it was perfect and free of any imperfections and the beard balm is RAD. a part of me doesn't mind that one of the combs is a little wonky, as it is proof that it's handmade. i'm pleased with zeus' products and their customer service. it's a good company that i will be happy to support from here on out.

Great comb, feels sturdy. The fine teeth snag on my beard alot, even after brushing and using the wide teeth side, but my beard is pretty thick. I was a little disappointed to see "Made in China" on the box when the brush I just got from Zeus was made in Germany. They made sure to tout the craftsmanship on that one, but you won't see them bragging about something made in China. Regardless the comb is great and the leather sheath is a must have. I can see that it caused some staining on the box, so I may think twice about putting it in the pocket of a nice shirt.
