I have really noticed a difference with this stuff. I do not use any kind of trainer but I do apply it before I workout. You can feel it tightening your skin and your skin does look smoother and feels​ softer. I use it on my thighs and my abdomen. The smell of the product is kind of menthol/peppermint like. It doesn't bother me, it wakes me up and I shower after working out anyway.

I purchased this product to see if it work. The reviews was good so I decided to try it for myself. I tried it on a Saturday before my Step Aerobic class. I rubbed it on my abs and thighs before putting on my waist trainer and workout pant. I am already a sweater but this product had me sweating more than usual before my class even started by the time we did our warm up my shirt was wet. The end of class my hold shirt was wet and my workout pants was also wet. It is still early, I would really like to use this product for about 2 weeks and then give you an update on the product to see if I see any different in my thighs and abs. This product stated it's a fat burning cream, skin tightening and muscle toning lets see if it stands up. I did not feel any tingling or burning after putting it on my skin. It does have a faint peppermint smell nothing strong. Fingers crossed I hope I will see some results soon. I am 5'2 and 140 Ibs looking to tone my thighs and I would love to have a flatter stomach. This certainly makes you sweat more. Works great under my waist belt that I wear while working out.

Well I hate to say it but if my wife is using it it just isn't working !!

I apply it to my skin then put on a cami or tank, I put my waist trainer on top of the shirt and I STILL sweat like I’ve been in a Sauna! I love it!!

Very thin cream, and bottle is tiny for the price. I've used it daily (bottle almost gone), along with diet and waist trainer but no improvements so far.
