Purchased two Tenga eggs and one had been cut open before being boxed for shipping. The egg was in two halves with it contents laying lose in the box it arrived in with other products I had ordered. Seems like a nice product, but the egg was already opened when I received it. I would like to get refund, because the egg was not clean, since it was partially open in package. These shoud be packaged more carefully. It was send in a cardboard box where it was able to move around freely. Maybe some stuffing and tape would be a good idea. Unfortunately I don't dare to use this kind of product when I'm unsure if it is clean.
