Acne problem
Be careful if you use daily , it gives very oily skin and lot of acne. Not bad but that how omega tablet works.

Great for your health, if taken on a regular basis. But avoid if you have PCOS, as omega 6 component may flare up your acne. While omega 3 and 9 are anti-inflammatory.

Old product was provided. Don't buy Oziva products
Pathetic condition product was delivered. 1 year old product! Had visible signs of dust and other impurities in the box, the seal was not properly placed and the inner capsules had turned rancid!
