The 'Miniluk' can be used for many areas of learning. From about 4yrs, the matching pictures/parts of pictures work well, then you can get more complicated for the older ones. The tiles have to be put in the correct place -- children can self-check their work as there is a pattern made (on the reverse of the number tiles)that has to match up with the pattern in the book once all 12 tiles have been placed.

This is a great learning toy. When I ordered it the first time it arrived with a broken hinge. So I sent it back and ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived also with a broken hinge. This time I gave up and fixed it with tape and superglue.

I had never seen this before we ordered it. When it arrived it took me a few minutes to figure out exactly what the kids were supposed to do. Once I figured it out, I fell in love with it. This is challenging and fun. I especially love that you can purchase other workbooks so the material does not get old to them and is ever changing. An added benefit is that you can create your own lesson to use with the MiniLuk. Can't wait to start using this.

My friend recommended this and the extra books. Both our daughters are in kindergarten and are independent enough to enjoy solving these puzzles but not independent enough readers to be able to decioher directions in every activity book. This is a wonderful system that has manipulatives, doesn't require readin, and feels like a set of fun puzzles rather than homework. I look forward to opening the other books and seeing if there's anything challenging enough for my 3rd grader - if my kindgartener ever shares.

This is a great training tool for my kids. I like it so much that I have purchased several of these units and gave to friends. Starter pack is good to get used to how the system works. Then once your kid needs more challenge, just purchase additional higher level books.

All staff are good

I am loving the miniluk series. They are great for building thinking skills and logic. This kit comes with a sample book and the controller, but I highly recommend getting the other packs, too. My kids (6 and 8) love it. It is part of their everyday curriculum.

You want this product for your early learner. My kids are 10, 7, 5 years old and boys. They LOVE MiniLUK. It's so fun for them to use and great critical thinking practice. We are looking forward to getting more sets soon!
