Good chair
My sister needs help getting up. This chair is perfect. It's not so big that she is engulfed by the chair. She is 5'4 and 176 lbs

My husband has back issues. This chair has firm seating and good back support. The massage feature is just right. It goes back into a recline position and stops at the perfect spot. The lifting mechanism is helpful for my husband to get out of the chair.

Good and well priced !!!
The chair is steady and is good for the price. Bought it for my wife to rest and sleep on after her abdomen surgery. The lift feature helps with giving her a hand when she has to get up by her self when I am not at home. The massage feature is just vibration and there is heat also available. Overall we will recommend this for the price we paid.Chair came in two boxes ,Assembly was also easy and no special tools required

We got this for my father who needs assistance getting up and down in a chair. The other feature that he wanted was the massage and heat feature. We now can't get him out of his chair, he loves it!

TRUTH BE TOLD
1. frame is sturdy, but body.2. comfort is between 3-4.3. yes motions are slow as all get out.. lost got a emergency this is not the one.. don't know how this chair recieved 70 some thousand likes. this in not my first chair.only bought it because of the glowing reviews.can't send back because I need help putting back in box.long wait before shipping.I had better. med-firm.this i my honest opinion. Im not associated with anyone.

Plus Size Approved
I bought this chair for after a major surgery. I am 5”11 and a plus size lady so I was worried it wouldn’t be as comfortable. However I was pleasantly surprised! Even my 6’4 husband likes it. It was very easy to assemble.
