It is not made in USA, it is made in China. Very durable blind though.

What are the actual dimensions when set up?

Maybe 7 foot x 7 foot we get 2 chairs and gear inside without any trouble

How does the oneway mesh work with a light source on the inside?

If you plan on hunting with a ground blind you would always want to brush it in and give yourself lanes to shoot thru. The 3 side are great for your vision. I've had turkey on both sides and remained hidden, coyote on one side and 15 feet away. You want to remain still for as long as you can any animal will notice movements. I purchased 2 of these blinds because they are easy to set up and take down. The windows work and with all up you can see out and nothing will see in, if you're worried about seeing thru just keep one window up and keep your movement to a minimum. I'm going to get 2 more.
