This band is the best of the sardines. It good for make the salad and eat with noodles.

I am a huge fan of sardines, and I especially enjoy spiced Portuguese sardines. My three favorite brands for this style are Porthos, Briosa, and Nuri, which I like more or less evenly. Since Porthos is currently the most affordable of these, it is my current go-to.I really like the size of Porthos sardines. In my experience, most Portuguese brands have three very large fish to a can, whereas Porthos generally has four slightly smaller, but still large and very plump, sardines. The vegetables and spices included are also a great touch; the cloves, black peppercorn, and chili pepper in particular give it a nice flavor profile. The olive oil is fairly neutral tasting, but obviously of decent quality.Lastly, it's worth nothing that Porthos has one of the most beautiful can designs of any sardine brand.

Pro -Best among all many all different brands from diff. countries that we've tried. More expensive than most other brands but totally worth it.Cons- Have to buy multiples for the same flavor in order to get the better price. Hope they'll offer assorted flavor in one package for customers to try out diff. flavor. Tried their spicy one before and loved it too.
